The journal brings practical information on pediatrics with the emphasis on utilization of the information mainly in the outpatient practice. The latest findings and knowledge in diagnostics and treatment of childhood diseases are presented in review articles. The journal publishes original reports, review articles, case reports and case studies, shortened picture case reports, and information for nurses. Furthermore, the attention is paid to clinico-radiological diagnoses as well as to interactive “What's your diagnosis“ series. The journal is also devoted to new medical paradigm – medicine based on evidence, and within synoptic demonstrations it highlights the importance of its practical utilization in the outpatient practice of a pediatrician.
