Anamnéza a fyzikální nález

13,5 letý chlapec, který je v dispenzarizaci diabetologické odborné ordinace od 2,9 roku, byl hospitalizován na Dětské klinice v Olomouci pro týden trvající horečky. Asi týden před přijetím si stěžoval na bolest nohy v pravé kyčli, po analgeticích jen částečná a přechodná úleva. Poslední týden úbytek hmotnosti o dva kilogramy. Praktická dětská lékařka již první den horečnatého infektu zahájila léčbu antibiotiky (Penbene tbl.), koxalgii léčila Paralenem a Dorsiflexem. Hybnost pravé kyčle se postupně zhoršovala, v den přijetí se již sám na nohou neudržel. V průběhu 5 denního horečnatého období se nedařilo dostatečně kompenzovat cukrovku, byla patrná tendence k hyperglykemiím do 20 mmol/l.
