Bronchiální astma patří k chorobám s častou frekvencí v ordinacích lékařů i na stránkách odborného tisku. Při odhadované prevalenci 10 % v naší dětské populaci je astma nejčastější chronickou chorobou dětského věku. Po provokačních podnětech může dojít k akutní astmatické exacerbaci. Jsou uvedena kritéria pro stanovení tíže exacerbace, výčet léků a schéma léčby akutní astmatické exacerbace.
Acute asthma
Asthma bronchiale is an often frequent disease outfinded by physician and in medicial journals exactly described too. If the prevalence is evaluated nearly 10 % in children population we could estimate asthma bronchiale as a most often chronic disease of childhood. After a provocative impulse it could came to acute exacerbation of asthma. The criteria of severity of asthma exacerbation, enumeration of medical drugs and treatment of acute states are introduced.
