Bronchopulmonální dysplazie (BPD) je chronické fibroproliferativní onemocnění plic, které se může vyvinout u nedonošených novorozenců, kteří se léčili pro časnou pneumopatii mechanickou ventilací a vysokými dávkami kyslíku. Projevuje se chronickou plicní isuficiencí s typickým rentgenovým obrazem.
