Desetiletý chlapec porozený ze II. nekomplikované gravidity, porodní hmotnost 3 800 g, délka 52 cm, kojen 4 měsíce, byl pro asi čtyři měsíce trvající bolesti levé kyčle a lopaty kosti kyčelní odeslán ke konziliárnímu vyšetření na ortopedickou kliniku FN v Olomouci. Rodiče popírali úraz, nebyly přítomny žádné laboratorní známky zánětu, bolesti nebyly doprovázeny zvýšenou teplotou.
