Předkládáme kazuistiku 16letého chlapce, který trpěl opakovanými mdlobami s pády na zem, které byly považovány za benigní kolapsy. Elektrokardiografické vyšetření (EKG) bylo opakovaně v normě. Až 24hodinové monitorování EKG dle Holtera objasnilo příčinu - intermitentní atrioventrikulární blokádu 2:1 s poklesem srdeční frekvence až na 26/min. Po implantaci dvoudutinového kardiostimulátoru s monokatetrem je pacient po dobu dvou let bez potíží.
