Šestnáctiletá dívka s bohatou neurotickou symptomatologií, v níž zpočátku dominovaly bolesti hlavy a břicha, vztahuje veškeré své potíže k úrazu hlavy. Dívka upadla na ledě a následné klinické příznaky byly posouzeny jako komoce mozku. Dívka byla opakovaně vyšetřována pediatrem, chirurgem, neurologem, později pro vyskytnuvší se depresivní a obsedantně kompulzivní projevy byla péče rozšířena i o účast psychologa a psychiatra a byla záhajená léčba psychofarmaky. Během sledovaného období a při léčbě citalopramem (Seropram) a tiapridem (Tiapridal) se pestrá symptomatologie potíží rozšířila o vznik výrazné asymetrie prsů a dívka byla odeslána k vyšetření pro -zmenšení- levého prsu. Asymetrie prsů byla vysvětlena vedlejším účinkem tiapridu, který vyvolal hypertrofii mléčné žlázy pravého prsu. Sdělení má upozornit na méně známý vedlejší účinek neuroleptika tiapridu na dětskou prsní žlázu.
