Kojení je právem dítěte i právem ženy. Zdravotníci hrají důležitou roli při ochraně, prosazování a podpoře kojení. Ve struktuře a organizaci zdravotní péče existuje mnoho aspektů, které mohou usnadňovat úsilí personálu při podpoře kojení. Tyto aspekty jsou shrnuty v metodickém doporučení, které by mělo sloužit jako vodítko k praktickým krokům, které by měly být podniknuty a dodržovány s ohledem na kojení.

Natural nutrition of newborns - breastfeeding - main principles

Breastfeeding is the right of both a child and a woman. Medical personal plays a key role in protection, support and promoting of breastfeeding. There are lots of aspects regarding structure and organization of health care that can facilitate effort of personal in bolstering breastfeeding. All of these aspects are summarized in methodical recommendation, which is to serve as guidelines to practical steps to be undertaken and followed regarding breastfeeding.
