Problematika břišní bolesti v dětském věku

Bolesti břicha patří mezi nejčastější obtíže v dětském věku. Recidivující bolesti břicha představují heterogenní skupinu organicky podmíněných onemocnění nebo funkčních (psychosomatických) gastrointestinálních odchylek. Diagnostika je obtížná, ale komplexní vyšetření umožní diagnózu. Terapie je závislá na příčině. Léčba funkčních obtíží je zaměřena k odstranění symptomů a udržení normálního životního režimu a aktivity.
RECURRENT ABDOMINAL PAIN IN CHILDHOOD
Recurrent abdominal pain (RAP) are one of the most often problems in children. RAP can be classified as either organic or non-organic (psychosomatic) depending on whether a specific cause of the pain is identified. The difficulties in diagnosing RAP are well known. A wide range of potential organic causes of RAP must be considered before establishing a diagnosis of functional pain. The treatment of RAP should be causal. Evaluation of children with RAP should be individualized and successful management depends on close follow-up and the cooperating with the family.
