Přehled diagnostiky a terapie střevních parazitóz

V následujícím přehledu uvádíme stručný přehled možností diagnostiky a terapie vybraných střevních parazitóz, které nejčastěji připadají v úvahu v našich podmínkách. Vzhledem k dnešním možnostem cestování ale nejde o přehled podrobný ani vyčerpávající, má sloužit pouze k orientaci v dané problematice. Předpokladem správné diagnostiky a terapie těchto infekcí i nadále zůstává (samozřejmě vedle klinického obrazu a správně odebrané anamnézy, včetně té cestovní!) dobře fungující spolupráce ošetřujícího lékaře s klinickým mikrobiologem a specializovaným infektologem.
