Třetí díl seriálu intoxikací je věnován nebezpečným a leckdy průběhem záludným otravám blokátory kalciových kanálů a betablokátory. Jejich úskalí spočívá především v navození oběhové a rytmické nestability s možností náhlého vzniku život ohrožujících arytmií.
