Spontánní pneumomediastinum s podkožním emfyzémem

Autoři prezentují kazuistiku 16leté dívky s několikahodinovou anamnézou obtížného dýchaní (dyspnoe) a bolestí v krku (pocit cizího tělesa). Fyzikální vyšetření prokázalo oboustranně rozsáhlý podkožní emfyzém v oblasti krku a hrudníku. Na rentgenovém snímku hrudníku byly jemné proužky projasnění podél horního mediastina oboustranně a při levé laterální kontuře srdce, emfyzém v měkkých částech krku a horní třetině hrudníku. CT vyšetření krku a hrudníku potvrdilo diagnózu rozsáhlého pneumomediastina s podkožním emfyzémem měkkých částí krku a hrudníku. Spouštěcí příčina nebyla prokázána. Stav se spontánně upravil v průběhu několika dní.
