Posttraumatické subarachnoidální krvácení

Autoři popisují kazuistiku 13letého chlapce s posttraumatickým subarachnoidálním krvácením (SAK). Bezprostředně po zasažení míčem do hlavy se krvácení u pacienta klinicky projevilo krutými bolestmi hlavy, zvracením a vertigem. Urgentní CT vyšetření prokázalo rozsáhlé subarachnoidální krvácení v oblasti pravé hemisféry. MRA intrakraniálních tepen vyloučilo možnost arteriovenózní malformace. Chirurgická léčba indikována nebyla. Týden po úrazu bylo již na kontrolním CT vyšetření SAK kompletně resorbováno.
