Prevalence of asthma and allergy keep increasing. It was found that 20% of world population suffers atopic diseases as asthma, rhinoconjunctivitis, eczema and anaphylaxis. Because of the seriousness of situation Guidelines of allergy and allergic asthma were published by expert of working groups of WAO and WHO. Their primary goal is a restriction of allergens of mites, cockroaches and domestic animals. It is completed by basic environmental measures mainly prevention of passive smoking and further air pollution and decrease of its humidity. Support of breastfeeding and thus limitation of food allergens is another part of the preventive program. While adherence to single measure from the consensus could hardly lead to its goal, the realisation as a complex may significantly decrease risk of sensibilisation and development of allergic diseases.
