Centrální syndrom ztráty soli jako komplikace u pacientky s obstrukčním hydrocefalem

Autoři uvádějí kazuistiku 12měsíční dívky se závažnou perinatální anamnézou – prematurita s obstrukčním hydrocefalem v důsledku intraventrikulárního krvácení. Dívka byla přijata s aktuální diagnózou purulentní meningitidy a malfunkcí zkratu. Následně jsme pozorovali postupný rozvoj centrálního syndromu ztráty soli (CSWS) se všemi laboratorními diagnostickými znaky. Odpady natria v moči dosahovaly hodnot kolem 60 mmol/kg/den. V závěru autoři uvádějí diferenciální diagnostiku mezi CSWS a SIADH (syndrom neadekvátní sekrece antidiuretického hormonu).
