Čtyři gastroenterologické diagnózy a jeden pacient

Společný výskyt celiakie (CD), ulcerózní kolitidy (UC) a primární sklerozující cholangitidy (PSC) je vzácný, zejména u dětí. Předpokládá se společný autoimunitní podklad onemocnění.

Autoři popisují případ chlapce s celiakií asociovanou s ulcerózní kolitidou, primární sklerozující cholangitidou a Helicobacter pylori (HP) pozitivní ulcerací bulbu duodena.
