Meckelův divertikl - MÉNĚ OBVYKLÉ PROJEVY

Meckelův divertikl jako pozůstatek ductus omphaloentericus může být po celý život němý, ale může být v různém věkovém období příčinou náhlé příhody břišní. Větší část symptomatických Meckelových divertiklů se projeví v prvních letech života. Nejčastějšími projevy jsou bezbolestné krvácení do gastrointestinálního traktu, obstrukce střevní, záněty divertiklu a ojediněle změny v pupku. Autoři uvádějí tři méně obvyklé kazuistiky manifestace Meckelova divertiklu v kojeneckém a batolecím věku.
