Kojenecké ublinkávání (GER) a jeho léčba

Kojenecké ublinkávání se vyskytuje až u 2/3 kojenců do roku života. Antirefluxní formule snižují počet regurgitací, ale nemají vliv na pH v jícnu, proto jsou indikovány pouze u neprospívajících dětí s regurgitacemi. U více než 40 % dětí s regurgitacemi, které nereagují na obvyklá opatření, je důvodem obtíží alergie na bílkovinu kravského mléka.

Z našeho souboru 52 dětí, které ublinkávaly, 12 (23 %) splňovalo kritéria neprospívání. Těmto dětem byla nabídnuta AR formule, ev. zahušťovadlo k mateřskému mléku. Do měsíce došlo u 11 z nich k úpravě neprospívání, u 1 kojence se jednalo o manifestaci alergie na bílkovinu kravského mléka. Z našich výsledků vyplývá, že neprospívání spojené s ublinkáváním je indikované k užití zahušťovadla k mateřskému mléku ev. antirefluxní formule.
