Disorders of the menstrual cycle adolescent girls and treatment

The menstrual cycle is a sequence of periodic changes driven axis hypothalamic – pituitary – ovary and feedback. It is a manifestation of proper
function of healthy genitals. The average length of physiological menstrual cycle is 28 days. Disorders of the menstrual cycle can be divided
into several groups based on morphologic disorders, functional disorders or according to localization. When a suspected fault mentrul cycle
is always important detailed gynecological examination, followed by the deployment of adequate treatment and prevention of recurrence.
