How is acute gastroenetritis treated in MSF-missions

Paediatrics in MSF also follows the current guidelines reflecting the latest knowledge. For objective reasons there are some differences

between them and the guidelines from EU/Czech Republic. I describe diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities of acute

gastroenteritis „in the field“.
