Although limb swelling is a well-known complication of vaccination, its rarity and wide band of differential diagnosis of limb swellingmake it a diagnostic challenge. In this case report, we describe a case report of postvaccination intramuscular pyogenic abscessformation in a 7-month-old infant with thingh swelling and their ultrasonography findings and magnetic resonance imaging. Bothpediatricians and radiologists should be familiar with this rare entity, its clinical and imaging spectrum, and follow-up strategies.
