Infection, which one we think rarely

In following case report a case of 11 years old boy examined due to a one month lasting abdominal periumbilical pain with worseningis presented. He was also awakened by the pain during night and his stool became loose and watery. His parents worriedabout idiopatic bowel disease, for which a medical history could be testifying. However there was another gastrointestinal tractdisease causing his health problems – serologically confirmed Yersinia enterocolitica infection.
