Otázka náhradní péče o dítě je doslova algickým bodem ve společnosti. Autor si dává za cíl vyvolat svým příspěvkem veřejnou diskuzi, především na odborné úrovni, nikoli poplatné zájmům jedinců či některých organizací.

Substitute care of child is literally an algic point in society. The author-s aim is to provoke the public debate, especially on specialist-s level, not conforming to interests of individuals or certain organisations.
