Vedlejší reakce po očkování živou poliovakcinou: chabost a myalgie dolních končetin

V předložené kazuistice jsou popsány dva případy postvakcinační reakce po očkování živou očkovací látkou proti polio. V klinickém obraze dominuje chabost, bolestivost a únava dolních končetin, která se objevila v odstupu 1–7 dnů po očkování. Při neurologickém vyšetření nebyla prokázána chabá pareza končetin a reakce zcela ustoupila do několika dnů. Virologické vyšetření stolice neprokázalo přítomnost vakcinálních virů, v séru byly dostatečné hladiny specifických protilátek proti všem třem typům polioviru. V dostupné literatuře nebyla dosud popsána reakce po aplikaci živé poliovakciny, která by měla charakter chabosti a myalgie dolních končetin.
