Unusual cause of duodeno-jejunal intussusception

This article is dealing with a less known cause of intussusception in children. We describe an 11-year-old Caucasian female who sufferedfrom Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, which had manifested firstly as a duodeno-jejunal intussusception, requiring surgical attack.A genetic testing has been performed due to multiple polyposis resulting in STK 11 gene mutation confirming this unusual syndrome.
