Fever is one of the most common symptoms of the disease and its causes can be infectious or non-infectious. The aim of the publication was to find out what knowledge parents have when managing fever in children at homecare. From the results of the survey, we found the average knowledge, and statistically significant between age, education, and parents' knowledge of children's fever.

Keywords: fever, child, homecare.
