Detekce syndromu týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte v ordinaci praktického lékaře

Ze společenské situace, ze sociálního prostředí dítěte a z aktuálního zdravotního a psychického vývoje lze vyslovit podezření na syndrom týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte (dále jen sy. CAN). Pokud zdravotnické zařízení rozezná, že dítě a nebo i jeho sourozenci žijí v rizikovém prostředí, pak se, v souladu s Úmluvou o právech dítěte, jedná o děti ve zvlášť obtížné situaci, které potřebují zvláštní pomoc společnosti, čímž se míní multidisciplinární a mezirezortní přístup. Dětský fond OSN, UNICEF, v této souvislosti upozorňuje na:
